Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if it's your first time. Our initial sessions focus on getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, and identifying what feels most important to address. There is no pressure to have everything figured out – we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive.

Roam Well Health accepts most major insurances - we do not currently accept Medicaid. If you would like to private pay, the fee is $175 per session. 

Sliding scale fees are available on an individual basis.

We do require a card on file.

Most therapy sessions are approximately 60 minutes. The frequency and duration of therapy will depend on your goals, needs, and preferences. Some clients benefit from short-term support, while others choose longer-term therapy for ongoing growth and self-discovery.

Somatic therapy provides healing with a greater connection between yourself and your body.

Experiences such as stress, anxiety, trauma, and difficult life events are often carried not only in our thoughts but also in our physical responses. Somatic approaches help increase awareness of these patterns, allowing for greater regulation, healing, and connection to yourself.

My approach is collaborative, grounded, and tailored to your unique experiences. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic and evidence-based practices, therapy focuses on developing self-awareness, exploring patterns, building resilience, and creating meaningful change that feels sustainable in everyday life.

It's completely normal to feel uncertain, nervous, or unsure about starting therapy. You don't need to know exactly what you want to work on before reaching out. Therapy is a space where we can explore what's bringing you here together, one step at a time.
